Chocolate Tofu Pudding with Drizzle Cacao Lux Raw Honey

- 1 package (16 oz) silken tofu
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1/3 cup Drizzle Cacao Lux Raw Honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- Place tofu, vanilla, honey, cocoa powder and salt in a food processor or blender.
- Blend on high until combined and smooth.
- Pour in to bowls and chill for at least an hour.
- Serve topped with a dollop of whipped cream or with the fruit of your choice. Enjoy!
