Puff Pastry Tart With Brie, Cranberries, Apple Slices and Cinnamon Spiced Honey

Ingredients:
- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 3/4 cup brie cheese (sliced)
- 1 apple (sliced)
- 1/2 cup chutney (onion & beet works well)
- 1/4 cup cranberries (cut in half)
- 1/4 cup blackberries
- 1/4 cup pecans (chopped)
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 Tbsp Cinnamon Spiced Drizzle Honey
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
- Unroll the pastry on a baking sheet. Fold in edges of pastry ½ inch to form a border and crimp edges.
- Pierce all over the inner part of the puff pastry with a fork. Spread the onion and beet chutney and bake for 10 minutes. The pastry should be puffed and starting to colour.
- Remove from the oven and top with the apple slices, brie, cranberries and blackberries overlapping them to cover the tart.
- Drizzle with 1 Tbsp Cinnamon Spiced Honey, then put back into the oven for a further 12-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the apple slices are soft.
- Sprinkle with chopped pecans, garnish with fresh thyme sprigs and drizzle with additional Tbsp of honey before serving. Enjoy!
