Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients:
- 3 Tbsp canned pumpkin purée
- 2 tsp Ginger Shine Drizzle Honey
- ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond/ oat milk
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp almond extract
- Optional: 1-2 shots of espresso, light, non dairy whipped cream, pinch of cinnamon
Instructions:
- In a high speed blender mix together almond milk and pumpkin. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a sauce pan.
- Cook on medium heat on the stove top or microwave for 30-45 seconds. Remove from heat, stir in almond extract, spices and Ginger Shine honey.
- Place in a cup and use a frother to foam the milk.
- Pour coffee into a large mug, add the foamy milk and whipped cream on top.
- Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
