Bought a $30 honeycomb that turned out to be dry, crumbly, and tasted awful. Reached out to customer service thinking they'd make it right—big mistake.
Instead of actually addressing the fact that it tasted bad, I was asked for photos and the number on the side. After jumping through those hoops, I got hit with the excuse that “Alberta honey is dryer than most.” What kind of response is that?
To make it worse, they tried to argue it “looked fine in the picture.” Last time I checked, you can’t taste a photo. Just a bunch of deflection and stalling, with slow replies that made the whole thing even more frustrating.
If you're going to charge thirty bucks for honeycomb, at least stand behind the product. This was a total letdown—poor quality, no accountability, and lazy support.
Don’t waste your money.
