DRIZZLE 10TH ANNIVERSARY GIVEAWAY

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, PROVINCIAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Drizzle 10th Anniversary Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Wisdom Natural Brands Alberta Private Limited DBA Drizzle/Drizzle Honey, #400 119 14 St NW, Calgary, AB T2N 1Z6 (the “Sponsor”).

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering this Sweepstakes, each Entrant acknowledges that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Instagram.

Any third-party trademarks mentioned herein are the property of their respective trademark owners.

2. Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, are not otherwise prohibited from entering as set forth herein, and have a public Instagram account (each, an “Entrant”). Membership to Instagram is free.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliated companies and subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entities directly associated with this Sweepstakes, as well as their immediate family members and members of the same household (collectively, the “Released Parties”), are not eligible to participate.

Entrants are eligible to win a Sponsor contest or sweepstakes only once every six (6) months. Only one (1) Winner per household is permitted in any Sponsor contest or sweepstakes.

By entering this Sweepstakes, each Entrant acknowledges and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, which are final and binding in all respects.

3. Sweepstakes Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on September 14, 2026 at 9:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on September 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes. Only fully completed and eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period will be considered.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes through the official Drizzle Honey Instagram giveaway post (the “Post”) by:

  1. Following the official Drizzle Honey Instagram account;

  2. Liking the Sweepstakes Post; and

  3. Tagging one (1) other Instagram user in the comments section of the Post.

Completion of all three steps constitutes one (1) “Entry.”

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an Entry, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder associated with the Instagram account used to enter. Potential Winners may be required to provide proof that they are the authorized account holder.

All Entries must comply with Instagram’s applicable Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. Entries generated by automated means, including robotics, programmed scripts, macros, bots, or other automated methods, will be deemed void.

Entrants may not use multiple Instagram accounts or identities to circumvent these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant who attempts to manipulate or interfere with the entry process.

All comments and Entries must be appropriate for public online publication and consistent with Drizzle Honey’s positive brand image. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify Entries containing content it determines, in its sole discretion, to be offensive, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate.

5. Selection of Winners

A random drawing from all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period will take place within ten (10) business days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

Sponsor will randomly select three (3) potential winners (each a “Winner” and collectively, the “Winners”).

Sponsor will contact each potential Winner via direct message to the Instagram account associated with the winning Entry. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

For a potential Winner who is a resident of Canada, before being confirmed as a Winner and receiving a Prize, the potential Winner must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by Sponsor.

6. Prizes

A total of three (3) Prizes will be awarded. Each Winner will receive one (1) Drizzle 10th Anniversary Exclusive Box.

Each Prize includes the Drizzle Honey products specified in the Sweepstakes Post and has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $63.96 CAD.

There are three (3) Prizes available in total.

No cash equivalent or other substitution of a Prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize or any portion thereof with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

7. Prize Conditions

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

If a selected potential Winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within twenty-four (24) hours of notification, is found to be ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or, if applicable, fails to correctly answer the required mathematical skill-testing question, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential Winner may be selected.

Prizes will be shipped within approximately thirty (30) business days after each Winner has been verified.

Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, provincial, state, local, or other taxes associated with accepting a Prize, if any.

8. Publicity Rights

Except where prohibited by applicable law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, likeness, statements, city and province/state of residence for Sweepstakes-related promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes without additional notice or compensation.

9. Entrant Personal Information

By participating in this Sweepstakes and providing personal information in connection with it, Entrants acknowledge that Sponsor may collect, use, and disclose such information as reasonably necessary to administer and fulfill the Sweepstakes, including contacting and verifying potential Winners and delivering Prizes.

Any personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Drizzle Honey Privacy Policy, available on DrizzleHoney.com.

10. Release & Assumption of Risk

By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants, including Winners, agree, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and the Released Parties from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or causes of action arising from or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize.

Each Entrant waives, to the extent permitted by applicable law, any right to claim ambiguity in connection with these Official Rules.

Sponsor and the Released Parties will not be considered in breach of these Official Rules for failure or delay caused by circumstances outside their reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather, fire, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war, civil unrest, governmental action, or other force majeure events.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor, Instagram, and the Released Parties shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim, or liability arising from or relating to:

  • Participation in the Sweepstakes;

  • Incorrect or inaccurate entry information;

  • Lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected Entries;

  • Technical malfunctions, interruptions, errors, or failures;

  • Unauthorized intervention in the Sweepstakes or entry process;

  • Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a Prize; or

  • Damage to an Entrant’s computer, mobile device, network, or other equipment resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes.

If an Entrant’s Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, destroyed, or corrupted, the Entrant’s sole remedy, where possible, is another Entry into the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, human error, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affects or could affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it determines is tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the end of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor may, where appropriate and permitted by law, select Winners from among eligible Entries received before the action giving rise to the termination.

13. Disputes

Except where prohibited by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, the awarding or use of a Prize, or these Official Rules shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to limit or exclude any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded under the laws applicable to an Entrant in their province, territory, state, or jurisdiction of residence.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Entrants waive the right to claim punitive, incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes.

14. Announcement of Winners; Questions; Winners List

Following verification of the Winners, Sponsor may announce the Winners through the official Drizzle Honey Instagram account, including in the comments section of the Sweepstakes Post or through another Sweepstakes-related announcement.

15. Instagram Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

By participating, each Entrant releases Instagram from any responsibility or liability arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Entrants acknowledge that any information provided in connection with the Sweepstakes is being provided to Sponsor and not to Instagram.
