Ginger Honey Mint Lemonade

Ingredients
For the simple syrup:
- 1/3 cup Drizzle Shine Raw honey
- 1 cup water
For the lemonade:
- 1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 cups water
- Fresh mint leaves
Make the simple syrup:
In a small pot bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Once boiling, turn the heat off and add honey and let sit for 20 minutes. Or boil water from a kettle and pour it into a bowl and let it sit for 20 minutes.
Make the lemonade:
Juice the lemons and pour into a large pitcher add water and mix
Pour in simple syrup and stir well.
Add fresh mint leaves and refrigerate or serve immediately over ice.
