Turmeric Honey Vinaigrette
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Drizzle Turmeric Gold Honey
- 2 tsp whole grain mustard
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/4 cup canola oil
To taste salt and pepper
- Whisk together the vinegar, mustard, honey and turmeric. Slowly drizzle in oil, whisking continuously.
Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
- Pour onto spring greens or spinach and top with nuts, dried fruit like cranberries and goat cheese.
