Pumpkin Spice Latte with Ginger Honey

Pumpkin Spice Latte 

Prep time: 10 minutes;  Cook time: 5 minutes Yield: 1 portion 

Ingredients:
  • 3 Tbsp canned pumpkin purée
  • 2 tsp Ginger Shine Drizzle Honey 
  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond/ oat milk
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder 
  • ½ tsp almond extract 
  • Optional: 1-2 shots of espresso, light, non dairy whipped cream, pinch of cinnamon 

Instructions:
  1. In a high speed blender mix together almond milk and pumpkin. Blend until smooth. 
  2. Transfer to a sauce pan. 
  3. Cook on medium heat on the stove top or microwave for 30-45 seconds. Remove from heat, stir in almond extract, spices and Ginger Shine honey.
  4. Place in a cup and use a frother to foam the milk. 
  5. Pour coffee into a large mug, add the foamy milk and whipped cream on top. 
  6. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
